1. Acceptance
Lớp 247 (“we”) is a non-commercial project developed and run by an individual. It provides, free of charge, web-based software for managing students, attendance, tuition and teacher salaries at app.lop247.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.
If you create an account on behalf of a center or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate sign-up details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and recovery codes safe; you are responsible for all activity in your account. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
- Center owners are responsible for the teacher and assistant accounts they create, and for removing access when someone leaves the center.
- If you notice unauthorized access, change your password right away and tell us at [email protected].
3. Your center's data
Data you enter into the Service (students, parents, classes, attendance, tuition, salaries, remarks…) belongs to your center. You allow us to store and process it only to provide, secure and maintain the Service for you.
When you enter personal data about students, parents or teachers, you decide what it is used for. You confirm you have a lawful basis to collect and enter it — including consent from a parent or guardian for students who are children — and that you use it only to run your classes.
You can export your data to Excel and make backups at any time. How we handle data is described in the Privacy policy.
4. Free of charge, with usage limits
The Service is free. We charge no fees and never ask for payment details.
Each plan has its own limits on students, teachers and classes, shown on the home page and in the app. When you reach a limit you can't add new records, but existing data is kept.
We may change features, plans or usage limits. For changes that significantly affect you, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app.
5. Prohibited use
When using the Service you must not:
- Use it for unlawful purposes or store content that violates Vietnamese law.
- Enter other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or use data in the Service for anything other than running your classes (e.g. selling it or unsolicited marketing).
- Access, or try to access, another center's data or accounts.
- Attack, scan for vulnerabilities, overload or interfere with the system.
- Scrape the Service with automated tools, or copy or resell it.
6. Availability
The Service is provided free of charge and as is. We work to keep it stable and available, but do not promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. It may be paused for maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control. We recommend exporting your data or downloading backups regularly.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the Service, or from data entered incorrectly. Figures the Service calculates (tuition, outstanding payments, salaries) are based on the data you enter, and you are responsible for checking them before relying on them.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your center and all its data, email [email protected] from the center owner account's email address.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Except in emergencies or when required by the authorities, we will give notice first and let you export your data.
If an account is suspended, its data is kept. You can request a copy of your data at [email protected].
9. Intellectual property
The software, interface, name and logo of Lớp 247 belong to us. You may use the Service under these terms, but may not copy, modify or redistribute the software.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be settled by negotiation; failing that, by a competent court in Vietnam.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest update. For important changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.
